Overview

I was interviewed as one of the 3D scanning experts on the Virtual Dental History Museum project, a collaboration between NYU’s LaGuardia Studio and NYU Dentistry. In this project, My mentor Taylor Absher and I used 3D scanning techniques to digitize historical dental artifacts from the NYU College of Dentistry’s collection. These high-resolution 3D models were created to support a digital museum and immersive VR experience that preserves and showcases dental history in interactive, three-dimensional form.
